What to send in advance

In order that as much progress can be made as possible on your matter when you come to see me, it would be very helpful to send me items in advance. This will enable me to check what is required, possibly with any foreign lawyers or other contacts, and consider any potential difficulties that I may have to deal with.

It would therefore help if you could send me in advance:

• Details of the transaction you wish me to deal with.
• Any contact details you may have received for the foreign lawyer or authority at whose request you are undertaking this transaction.
• Electronic documents you may have received. If I receive the document electronically by email. it will make it easier for me to make amendments to the document if that proves to be necessary.
• Alternatively full and exact photocopies of all of the documents.
• Please check your documents carefully for errors in, for example, your name, address and passport number.
